Rebecca is a certified personal trainer who sort of hates the connotation that can come with the title (I’ll let her explain what that means). She loves being a personal trainer, but her version is different from what normally springs to our mind. One of her aims is to create a safe space for people to be with their emotions as they come up and use movement to facilitate processing those things. With her you’re definitely training, both mind and body, and it’s for sure personal. Of course we talk exercise, but we dig a bit deeper. Our rants run from holding emotions in our body, to being flexible with our workouts, mindful movement, and finally to working toward self compassion.
