It has taken me a year of “next weeks” to get here, but I am finally fulfilling my goal of starting a food and fitness blog. I’m ready to take on this scary step of putting my ideas, thoughts, failures, successes and knowledge out there for all to read. By doing this I hope that I am able to inspire some of you to make even a small change in your life toward better health and happiness. I know, that sounds pretty cheesy, but it’s my truth. I’ve been searching desperately to find my way to health and happiness for years, and finally feel like I’m on the right path. Never have I felt so strongly that I am moving in the right direction. Honestly, it has been really difficult even getting to this point, and I know I have many obstacles ahead but I’m positive it will all be worth it. That’s what I want to show you, to prove you too can make those hard changes in life that seem like the impossible. From changing your diet, weight, career path, activity level, or mentality, to overcoming fears, trying something new, or facing the unknown, we can do it. So join me for some delicious food adventures, nutrition knowledge, difficult fitness challenges, and crazy life changes. It has been, and surely will continue to be, quite the Fitfull Journey.
On a side note: I’m extremely intimidated by this blogging venture because it is something brand new to me. And one of my downfalls just so happens to be trying new things that I have a large chance at failing at or embarrassing myself. This is just one more step towards overcoming that which holds me back. Any suggestions or feedback from you guys would be much appreciated!
