One of the best forms of medicine I've found over this last year has been connection. Real, raw connection to other humans who listen without judgement. Those people that you can speak honestly and openly with, who you can share the deep parts of yourself with. Real physical beings who can hug you.
I'm eternally grateful for the many I've met that are those very people. Each one of them has helped me and taught me lessons they may not even have realized.
Carissa and Elisa are two of those extraordinary women and I absolutely love being able to be a part of their podcast. It is so fun and the conversation flows easily. They have begun something that I've been wanting to for quite some time. Bringing women together to tell their stories and heal together.
I've read a lot (naturally) about the benefits of community, group healing, and speaking our truth but I've also experienced it.
We all have a story and on the podcast we each share our own struggles and triumphs, but we never take ourselves too seriously and there is a lot of laughter.
Be a part of our circle and take a listen. Spread the word by leaving a review and sharing this episode.
In gratitude, Tera
