Are you looking for a more personalized yoga class, with an intimate feel but a community dynamic?

In these 4 week sessions we explore how yoga can best serve you and your unique life. We get to know one another, take the time to break down postures and look into the many aspects of yoga. 

You will gain confidence in your practice, have space to ask questions and learn how to make yoga sustainable. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and of course make sure to have fun!

A new series begins each month. We meet once per week for 90 minutes at my studio in Fremont.

The classes will include a maximum of 6 people so that each of you get just what you need to feel confident and successful in your practice.

* 1 makeup class is permitted within 4 weeks of the series ending. Commitment to your self care is important and I support you in that by holding you accountable to be at each class.

why series...

This format allows for class to be tailored to each unique group of people and for a natural progression to take place. It also builds commitment and community that is more challenging in a larger group drop-in setting. 

Being included in a circle of people creates a connection that is not only good for yoga, but for your health, happiness and life satisfaction.

Transformation is best done with the support of community.
Joy is most full when experienced with other's.

These series are about more than checking 'yoga' off your list of things to do.

my approach as an instructor...

My classes are intuitive, fun and approachable. I see myself as a guide, as we are both teachers to one another. My goal for every class I lead is for each person to walk out of class feeling empowered and embodied. I love to focus on the foundations of the physical practice and to explore the benefits beyond the physical practice. Each class I guide people back to feeling, because goodness knows we think way too much. 

I was originally trained in power vinyasa, but my own personal yoga journey led me to explore restorative, yin, nidra and iyengar. So, although vinyasa is my foundation I blend various aspects of different styles to create well rounded and balanced sequences. I am dedicated to making sure my classes are safe and feel good in each person's body. Yoga is meant to feel good!

I understand that you may want to get to know me and the space before signing up. I would love to see you at one of our weekly donation based classes held at the studio every Wednesday at 415pm. These classes are all levels vinyasa style. Be sure to bring your own mat. Check out our calendar to stay up to date.
